Bright and spacious two bedroom apartment (plus a third space) in the trendy area of central Madrid, Malasaña.

The apartment has two bathrooms, a kitchen and has five balconies to the street. Note that the third bedroom is a separate space from the main living room and includes a double sofa bed.

It is a second floor (no elevator)

The apartment has been completely renovated with cement floors, original tiles, exposed brick walls and two new bathrooms.

Quite modern in style and in full harmony with the neighborhood.

If you are traveling with a baby, we will gladly provide a crib if needed (just let me know in advance).
Amenities and common areas
The access is easy as it is a second floor and there is only one neighbor per floor.
Gran Via, Callao and Tribunal subway stations are less than 5 minutes away.

Be respectful with the neighbors and avoid loud noises after 22.00.

Be considerate of future guests and leave the apartment as you found it (use towels and sheets included, if you need more, contact me beforehand).

Smoking is not allowed

Close all windows when leaving the apartment. It is a safe area, but it is best to avoid potential problems on your vacation.

Guests are responsible for any broken or damaged items (glasses, furniture, sheets, ...) and will be charged the repair or replacement amount.
