Spacious (+100m2), recently refurbished and very comfortable to visit Madrid for short or long stays.
Open kitchen and dining area, ideal for breakfast or dinner at home after a long day enjoying the city.
I would highlight the work area and the table in the living room where you can even work remotely.
Plenty of closet space and it is a 1st floor apartment (no elevator - only short stairs).
