Floor 1 (no elevator)

This is a very elegant establishment, full of natural light, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located between 2 of the most fashionable areas of Madrid, La Latina and Lavapies. It is also next to the Retiro Park, the Reina Sofia and the Prado museums, all of them a must in Madrid.

Lavapies and La Latina are the emerging neighborhoods in the heart of Madrid, with many restaurants, cultural events and a unique atmosphere.

As I said, I just renovated the whole space and everything is new at the moment. I think it is a fantastic place to enjoy Madrid.

The apartment is in the heart of Madrid. It is just a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Cibeles, Atocha train station, Retiro and the Botanical Gardens. Trendy neighborhoods such as La Latina and Lavapies are nearby.

How to get there from MADRID AIRPORT:

EXPRESS BUS TO THE AIRPORT: to ATOCHA RENFE
Travel time: 40 minutes
Travel cost: 5 €.

METRO: to ANTON MARTIN or LAVAPIES
Travel time: 60 minutes
Trip cost: 4,5 €.

TAXI
Travel time: 25 minutes
Trip cost: 30 € (fixed price)

It is a very quiet street and building within one of the most vibrant areas of Madrid, perfect location to immerse yourself in the heart of Madrid without problems to also enjoy a relaxing time in the apartment

Please do not turn the washing machine after 8: 00 p. m., as the noise could affect the neoghbour next door (he is a family member and quite old, sorry, hope you can understand)
