Everything can be done on foot! It is 5 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 10 minutes from Gran Via, 10 minutes from the Prado Museum, 15 minutes from Chueca, 15 minutes from the Retiro Park... In addition, the metro station is less than 5 minutes walking distance.

After a day full of discoveries, you will be able to rest at home thanks to the tranquility and comfort of the apartment: it is interior, has double glazed windows and air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Las Letras, a neighborhood with a special charm, where the most famous Spanish writers have found their inspiration.

It has a spacious living room and a large open kitchen with an exclusive area also for work.

We will be able to provide you with a list of restaurants and bars that we particularly like.
