Delighted to share this penthouse (about 80m2) full of natural light and spacious in the heart of Malasaña that has 2 full bathrooms, a bedroom and an extra comfortable bed (folding).

It has been recently renovated with new details to make your stay the best possible.

Full kitchen with island ideal for cooking, eating or working, spacious living room with dining/working table and a dedicated workstation (ideal for digital nomads).

Important: 3rd floor, no elevator
The space
You have the large living room with a comfortable sofa + dining table and chairs.
There is a folding bed on the wall, with a new mattress that is very comfortable, it is a 135 cm bed. Ideal for groups or famiulia

I really like the kitchen, open space with enough room to have a full dinner or just relax and work at the island. Next to the kitchen is one of the 2 full bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need to cook like at home: cooking and eating utensils, microwave, coffee maker,..

After the kitchen, you can also find a small but useful workstation if you need additional space to work or make business calls.

On the other side, you can see the bedroom (150cm bed), with its own bathroom and shower with glass partition.

The apartment is very quiet if you want to relax and avoid the noises of the crowds, as it is on a top floor but at the same time in the most vibrant area of Madrid.
Services and common areas
Access to the whole apartment. You will find enough closets for your belongings during your stay.

Before your arrival we can agree the best way of entrance, I usually receive all the tenants to explain the details of the apartment but if you arrive late, we can arrange the best way of entrance.

Be respectful with neighbors and avoid noise after 22.00.

Smoking is not allowed

Please note the process for garbage disposal. Please throw it in the orange-lidded container that you will find outside the apartment from 20.00 onwards.
