Located a few meters from the Royal Palace, in the Austrias neighborhood. Opposite the Church of San Nicolas, the oldest church in Madrid.
The space
The 160 meters are distributed in two large living rooms with ceilings of more than four meters, two bedrooms with beds of 1.50m, kitchenette, a toilet and a bathroom. In addition to an area designed for work or to enjoy a good book, you choose.

It is an apartment at street level which makes it very cool in summer (appreciated in the months of July and August). Although there are also fans if you need them.

The master bedroom, suite type, has a dressing room and toilet, 43' flat screen TV and direct access to a charming courtyard for exclusive use.

Equipped with everything you need to spend a few days at home. Fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, we invite you to the first coffee :) and the usual small appliances.

If you are looking for a well connected place to visit the city, visit the traditional neighborhoods of Madrid and be comfortable resting at home, I think it is an ideal choice.

The location is ideal for visiting any part of the center of Madrid on foot as it is surrounded by the most emblematic places of the city such as the Plaza Mayor, the Almudena Cathedral or the Puerta del Sol.

If you are planning to come by car, you must take into account that the house is located in a protected neighborhood that can only be accessed by residents. The Oriente parking is located a few meters away and is the best option to avoid a fine.
