Information

Recently renovated (2023) large apartment (+90 m2) right on Santa Ana square.

Excellent central location for both sightseeing and eating/drinking (please let me know if you want me to share some local places to eat and drink that I like).

The apartment has a large living room with lots of natural light, open plan dining room and kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Fantastic base for a visit to Madrid for a family or friends traveling together, feel at home while on vacation too.
The space
Spacious newly renovated apartment and beautiful living room overlooking Plaza Santa Ana. Three bedrooms and bathrooms, including a master bathroom with tub and shower.

I would like to highlight something I like in other apartments when I travel which is the workstation in case any of you need to send some emails or make a video call.

I like the natural light and also being in the heart of Madrid, the views from the balconies are quite nice and is something important that I would highlight is that, although the city center is vibrant, the apartment is quiet (the bedrooms are inside, although there is a patio and you get extra light, always good :)

I would also like to mention the 3 bathrooms, ideal for families and groups.

It is my family home that we just renovated and we are happy to offer a great experience to guests, as everything is new.

There is a large sofa and chairs around a dining table. You can enjoy breakfasts or dinners at home enjoying the views of Santa Ana square (one of the most popular squares in the center of Madrid).

There are 3 bedrooms:

1 bedroom with 155 cm bed + private bathroom.
1 bedroom with 140 cm bed + private bathroom (shower + bath)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (ideal for children, as they are lower): there is an outside bathroom

The entire apartment is for guests only

There is an elevator, but there is also an apartment on the second floor.
