After a few months of renovation, I can finally share on Airbnb my apartments. Delighted to be part of this community!

A lot of attention has been paid to detail to achieve a comfortable, stylish apartment to feel at home when visiting Madrid.

Exclusive mid-century modern furniture and accessories sourced locally from Madrid, eye-catching artwork from Asia and Australia, and other bespoke details complete the experience in this unique apartment.
The Space
First of all, I would like to point out that due to the Coronavirus situation, this apartment has been disinfected with alcohol and bleach based products and an ozone machine has been used to disinfect, following the hygiene and cleanliness regulations.

Relax in the heart of Malasaña: rest in this amazing apartment recently redesigned in front of the historic Plaza del Dos De Mayo.

The detailed and careful renovation led by the talented Madrid architects Arenaza Gonzalez offers fresh and spacious living spaces, a stylish kitchen suitable for cooking, 2 relaxing bedrooms and 2 simple but amazing bathrooms.

The oversized living room and dining room have balconies on two sides, bringing the best of Malasaña's ambiance to the apartment. There is plenty of space to work and relax with family and friends. This room really captures the light and ambiance of this district.

The first double bedroom (with ensuite) leads from the living/dining room and also has a balcony that opens up to the lively neighborhood. Features of the master bedroom include a thoughtful and comfortable reading chair and a curved shower that makes a statement.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that combine into a double, providing flexibility to meet guests' needs. The simple lines of the room provide a quiet place to rest. The second bathroom has a shower stall and clean lines.

The kitchen is equipped with everything the traveling cook needs to prepare a Nespresso in the morning, experiment with amazing local produce or prepare a delicious meal for other travelers. Work or eat at the kitchen bench made from repurposed local wood.
