Hello, I rent my apartment which is located in Fuencarral street, in the very center and two steps from Gran Via, Chueca and Malasaña.

Ideal to live the best experience of the city with its cultural proposals, bars and restaurants and all the commercial area of Gran Via and the modern part of Malasaña.

Extra included in the reservation: Sauna, Gym in the building (plus laundry room with dryer).

It is 70 meters with a very large and comfortable living room and a bedroom and bathroom also spacious and very bright. Everything is exterior and it is noticeable by the high windows and balconies to Fuencarral street.
