Very quiet but close to all the nightlife, shopping and culture that Madrid breathes. It is a very vibrant area with great stores, bars and things to do.

Gran Via, Chueca and Malasaña are within walking distance for you to make the most of the trendy areas of the city.

The space
It is a very cozy and comfortable space. I have lived in it as well and it has plenty of space in every place.

It is about 40m2

One good thing is that it is independent from the other neighbors, so you avoid any extra noise from them. It's quiet within a vibrant area, that's what I like the most.

Also noteworthy:

- there are several metro stations, Noviciado, San Bernardo and then within walking distance, Bilbao, Plaza España and Santo Domingo.
- Couple of supermarkets nearby, Carrefour and Dia. Also many convenience stores
