The space
First of all, I want to point out that this apartment does not admit parties. If you are looking for that there are other options in Madrid but this apartment and the relationship with the neighbors I take great care. Any complaint from other neighbors will lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation (having to leave the apartment in 8 hours). Also following Airbnb regulations.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and has lots of natural light and a modern style while maintaining original materials.

It is 120 square meters with everything you need for a comfortable stay in an apartment that is in the heart of Madrid, with Metro Lines (La Latina and Sol) within walking distance, although the entire city center is recommended to be done on foot as well.

Important: There is no elevator in the building.
